More than 2350 people attend 53 side events in the context of HELEXPO DIALOGUES and corporate-business presentations
The Forward Green and Renewable EnergyTech exhibition duo, which were held from 7-9 March at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre, is evolving into a large and targeted commercial event in the sector of circular economy and renewable energy in the Balkans and in south-eastern Europe.
TIF-HELEXPO’s exhibition initiative for the green economy and the future of energy was essentially twice as large as last year, attracting leading domestic and international companies, as well as numerous trade visitors from Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Romania, Turkey, and others
The strategic targeting of the Balkans by the two exhibition events will continue and intensify, particularly in the context of the implementation of organised trade and professional contacts between exhibitors and visitors. There was impressive participation in the side events of Forward Green and Renewable EnergyTech, as a total of 14 events were organised at HELEXPO Dialogues and 39 were organised at the Open Stages of the pavilions 13 and 15, with more than 2350 people attending the three days of the exhibition.
Domestic and business consumers had the opportunity to see at the exhibition all available options for reducing electricity bills through the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of their facilities, as well as heating systems, such as heat pumps.
At the circular economy level, green economy companies and bodies participated, while there was a noteworthy presence by Municipalities and Regions.
210 exhibitors from 20 countries
The 2nd FORWARD GREEN International Circular Economy Exhibition grew this year and was enriched with RENEWABLE ENERGYTECH, a heavy-hitting trade fair of international standards exclusively for the green and smart energy market, which was organised in partnership with energypress.
The internationalised nature of the two exhibitions was reflected in the participation of 210 exhibitors (direct and indirect) from 20 countries.
In fact, in the framework of the two events, the Federation of Industries of Greece in partnership with TIF-HELEXPO implemented the CIRCULAR-RENEWABLEVALEB2B@FGEXPO RESTECH programme, with the participation of 150 companies from 18 countries, with more than 500 scheduled meetings (B2B) on 8 & 9 March.
There was also a wealth of side events scheduled, the point of reference being the International Forum (HELEXPO DIALOGUES) on Renewable Energy sources, Climate Change, Circular Economy, Biomass, and Biowaste. The HELEXPO DIALOGUES videos are available at the link: https://www.forwardgreen-expo.gr/helexpo-dialogues/
The Zero Waste initiative was present at both green exhibitions. The initiative was not only about collecting waste from visitors; it had expanded to cover exhibitors, by placing special bins in public areas of the pavilions. In addition, the CIRCULART initiative presented the RE-CYCLE art exhibition, with the participation of five important artists of the younger generation, who will exhibit their works made from recyclable materials. The art exhibition was the result of a partnership between TIF-HELEXPO and Art-Thessaloniki International Fair, curated by Mr Pantelis Tsatsis, Gallery-Art Director.
TIF-HELEXPO would like to thank the exhibitors, sponsors, supporters and participants-visitors of Forward Green and Renewable EnergyTech.
The next event of the exhibition duo in partnership with the energypress energy portal will be on 13-15 March, 2025, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre.
